This baby monitor is amazing!
The screen is big and clear, and the video quality is great. I like that it doesn’t need WiFi, so it feels very safe. The battery lasts a long time, and the sound is very clear. It’s easy to use, and I can see my baby anytime. I’m very happy with this purchase!

The Most Helpful Gift for a New Mom
I bought this baby monitor as a gift for my sister, who just had her first baby three months ago. The monitor itself is great, very clear picture and good sound. It’s also nice that you can use split screen with two cameras! Beyond that, though, I am most impressed with the customer service. They were easy to contact and very helpful. They even helped me get a replacement monitor, despite being unsure if my damage was covered under warranty. They clearly believe in pleasing the customer.

Third update: the customer service team is one of the best I have ever dealt with. They have sent another replacement and this time I have not had issues with it. They stand behind their products and go above and beyond to ensure the customer is satisfied.___________Second update: it has now been 1.5 months since we purchased this monitor. The monitor is now no longer working. It will turn on and the sound works however the screen is black and will not show and Picture. This time when I tried to turn it on it worked/kind of. See attached video. However the last 3 days the screen was completely black.Wanted to love this monitor but it seems to be cursed. 😞Update: the customer service is amazing! I was having issues with the temperature not working. When I reached out for support they explained how to reset it to try and resolve the problem, but this didn’t work. They sent out a brand new replacement unit. Super helpful and quick resolution. Definitely would recommend!——————This camera is great, easy to use, and simple! Don’t need to worry about wifi and for a travel monitor that is just what I wanted. The battery life for the monitor is decent and will last overnight. I will say I am not a huge fan that it continually goes into VOX mode and the monitor goes black but it helps with battery life and if she makes noise it seems to bring the screen back on without fail so can’t complain there.We attach this to the corner of her Graco pack n play and it works great! Can view her and just out of reach.The only negative I have and the reason I can’t give it 5 stars is that it seems the temperature is inaccurate. It will be COLD in our bedroom. Snuggles under blankets COLD and the monitor says 70. It will be HOT. Laying on top of the covers hot and the monitor still says 70 maybe 71. But definitely not accurate temperature reading.

Has worked well aside from a battery issue (that was resolved)
This worked great for a while but after about a year the battery stopped holding a charge. It took a while to get a response from the customer service team, but they eventually replaced it under the warranty. Of course it ideally wouldn’t have had an issue in the first place, but I appreciate that they stood by their product and made it right. Otherwise we have loved the monitor, especially the ability to do side by side video with multiple kids.

I am so glad that we chose to get this baby monitor system! It came with 2 cameras, but it has the capability of adding on 2 more! Right now 2 is enough, but with another baby on the way, we’ll be needing a 3rd camera in a few short months.The monitor portion is so simple to use! I can add and delete cameras, pan the view of any of the cameras attached separately, mute the volume or turn it up / down. The sound quality is really good and the video is so clear. I love being able to zoom in and then pan out.The best thing is that this system is not on wifi so I don’t have to worry about it being hacked, etc. It came with charging cables (really heavy duty ones) and charging bricks for all 3 pieces in this set. The monitor is rechargeable, so I can take it with me from room to room.This is the ultimate as far as I’m concerned.

Way more safer
I previous had a camera that required an app and wifi connection. However, after looking in settings and noticing that there were random phones accessing my baby’s room, I removed it immediately. I found this and as soon as I saw no wifi, I bought it. Not only am I happy I did but setting this up was way easier. This came with three different attachments that allowed me to install the camera either on a flat surface, a wall or on a ceiling. I currently have this on a wall that allows me to see everything and the picture quality is nothing but amazing. I can clearly see every part of my baby’s room which includes their bed. The size of the monitor is surprisingly big enough that I can be about 10ft away and I’m still able to see what is going on. Not to mention, the sound quality is amazing too!

Major charging issues
Really disappointed in the new update of this monitor. We really liked it, but then once our first one gave out we purchased another one. That one didn’t last hardly at all due to an issue with the charge port. Ended up purchasing another one and now this one doesn’t even hold a charge. It has to be constantly plugged in and even when it’s been charging all day it immediately goes to low battery and turns off after turning it on. We have only had it for almost 3 months…Will unfortunately not be purchasing again due to the many issues.

Love these cameras. Great night time vision and the zoom is great that you can see babies chest move to check for breathing. We had an issue with the night vision and the customer service was great, would for sure deal with this company again. The monitor is large but we love it. It’s perfect for split screen or seeing a wide area. I do find the buttons on the monitor a bit noisy when you press them (but anything seems loud when you’re pressing a button and not trying to wake your husband sleeping beside you ?). Overall great product and I’d recommend for a non wifi baby monitor.

Terrible terrible customer service. So bad that my original review was reported I’m assuming from the company because I added proof of the multiple emails trying to contact for support on fixing the parent device. The first email I received instructions and some troubleshooting. I ended up doing everything and the only thing that started to work was the sound but the screen was still black. I continued to email but the only response I’d get was that I was not emailing during office hours. Okay I understand that, so I started to email during office hours. Completely ghosted. I thought maybe my email got lost as I was just replying to the first email. I sent another email during office hours and I still yet have not received a response. It’s been like 1.5 months without a monitor and a monitor is a necessity in this modern world. My device is not even a year old. I’m super upset and feel like I wasted money on this product in which I did enjoy at first until is broke with no explanation.
