Better than Expected!
Like so many others who purchased these silicon nipples, I too am a bilateral mastectomy patient from 2014. I had entertained the idea for many years of looking into 3-D nipple tattoos, but at $400 each they were cost prohibitive. I am now glad that I did NOT spend the money, and I wish I would have found these much, much sooner! They are BETTER than a tattoo because they look and FEEL so real. The fact that these were only $26 for the set makes them even better. I am a 34D and I ordered “MEDIUM”. They are the perfect size. I got them to surprise my husband of 32 years and he was beyond thrilled and could not get over how real they look and feel. I hope this helps someone else like me :).

Yay! Nipples!!!
Ok, I don’t typically write reviews, but I have to with this one. So…(sigh)…I lost my left nipple in the great nipple famine of 87 and I’ve been trying to replace it since. I work in healthcare, I’ve sometimes used electrodes but they have a metallic feeling. These work perfectly. Also…I can place them to my face and answer a call light. I’m sure I can get many laughs with these for the right patient. Especially after I tell them not to look at my face nipple…and then return with it in a different spot. Laughter is the best sound…they come in a nice case…I’m not sure but if the adhesive wears off a bit of skin-prep will work…

Better than nothing
After a double mastectomy and reconstruction, I was looking for prosthetic nipples to help me feel semi-normal again. While there are some higher quality options available elsewhere, this is really the best option available here on Amazon (due to lack of competition, not because these are so great.) I have 3 problems with this product:(1) These come in 3 colors, but they are all very light compared with the photos. I have very fair skin, so I first bought the lightest color, then the medium color, which were both very close to my skin color. I’m ordering the dark color now, but my expectations are pretty low at this point.(2) There are 3 sizes, but please note that “size” has nothing to do with the diameter of the prosthetic; it refers to how far each nipple (that little ball part) projects out in front. If you look at some of the customer photos, you can see how absolutely ridiculous the projection is. Even the “small” seems too big to me, and I am not a small woman. The only reason for this that I can imagine is that these are not meant to be realistic, but more for someone who wants extremely obvious high beams.(3) As I mentioned, the sizes have nothing to do with diameter of the areola. In fact, there is only one size in that regard, which is strange since women in general, breasts, and natural areolas have such a wide range of sizes, from very small to very big. So, exactly how big is this one-size-fits-all? 2.5 inches. I thought maybe I could just trim them down, but they are made to taper quite thin at the edges to make them look more natural, and cutting the edge off will make a more abrupt line all the way around.Bottom line, these are fine for something silly like Halloween, maybe a bachelorette party, dressing in drag, or a spicy night in the bedroom. But if you are looking for something realistic, these are only good as a temporary substitute.

Pretty good
I got these because I have inverted nipples and wanted to try outie nipples for once. The areolas are twice as big as mine, but can be ok for someone with bigger breasts and areolas. It’s also not a color match. Otherwise they stick on perfect and look good with and without clothes. My husband says the nipple is too hard. Whatever I’ll be using these when I want to show some nip.

Realistic in every way.
Very accurate in every way. A bit larger than I anticipated, but all is well. The texture as well as the areola are nice, including the Montgomery bumps.

Not ready for prime time
Like most I find the nipple nubs Ginormous. I expected that. I hear the littler size ones have smaller nubs with the same size areolas. I love the areola size. The material is way harder than you expect. Pretty unnatural feel. The worst part is the nipple itself. It is a solid hard knob of rubber. There is no place for you natural nipple to go in. If it were hollow it would feel better. These feel like a mable on your chest. Finally you either get a shade of light pink or this brown gray color. I could deal with the dark color. I want their shadow to show through a lace bra. Couldn’t they make it a nice chocolate color or have a brownish pink? I got it to improve my prosthesis nipple. I need it on one side to balance my asymmetric breast. Back to the drawing board. Overall not pleased.

Very sexy
They arrived on time. Nicely packed with a protective case. As with other reviews they could be considered on the big side but if you want them to be noticeable these are great! Under a black tee shirt unless it’s pulled tight you really can’t see them. But Under white tops yes very much which i want it both ways depending on my mood. I recommend them very much.
