No more nighttime urine blowouts!
These are amazing. My almost 2 year old boy moves a bunch in his sleep and pees a lot. He goes 12 hours overnight without a diaper change, so we get pee blowouts out the front of his diaper overnight often.After using these booster pads we haven’t had any leakage! There’s no adhesive strip but they seem to stay in place amazing, even with an active sleeper. It’s very easy to align the booster pads inside the diaper, and seems to absorb and distribute the urine more evenly towards the back of the diaper so it’s not leaking out the front. I prefer to make sure the seam of the pad is facing the diaper so it doesn’t irritate my babe, but I’m not sure if it would even be an issue regardless. One end also has a longer portion of nonabsorbant material, and I make sure that’s towards the back of the diaper.They’re so easy to put in the diaper I can do it with one hand easily. The cost of these is also lower than many other pads I came across, so the value is great.Buy these if your babe often gets nighttime blowouts!

Excellent absorbency
I pair this pad with a coterie diaper and my heavy wetter stays dry all night (13 hours). It holds SO MUCH PEE. It also helps to heal with any diaper rash that might be present because it really keeps the moisture off his skin. I use grandma El’s diaper rash cream at night in addition to protect his skin. It’s not too bulky and he seems quite comfortable. Definitely worth the money and I’ve bought them over and over and over again.

Good pad nothing special, got the job done
We got these for our son that kept wetting through his diapers at night even sized up and special night time ones. These did a good job for the most part. There was definitely some trial and error. We learned that for him we needed to make sure the top of the pad was aligned with the top of the diaper. Good product but nothing special. We have repurchased several times to keep putting them in his night time diapers. They would probably work well while traveling too.

Life saver !
These work so well. My toddler is not potty trained at night yet. She was constantly peeing very early in the morning and soaking through her diaper. These have added extra absorbency and are durable through all of her moving and night staying in place. They cover enough front to back depending on if she is sleeping in stomach or back. Very easy to slip in diaper and my daughter is comfortable in them. She wears size 6 diaper. No more washing the sheets every day !!!

A leakproof way to avoid washing your sheets every night!
Around 14-15 months my daughter would start peeing through her diaper at night and wake up soaked. Every morning, she’d wake up early and I’d have to wash her sheets.I was recommended to try this product. I am so thankful I did. I placed it in her diaper overnight. It was super easy to place – place with the lined side facing down into the diaper. It slips in like a pad. I have it heavier in the front since she’s a belly sleeper and thankfully sleeps through the night. The absorbency is perfect! She did not wake up early and it was full of pee the next day! Great thickness without it being uncomfortable or too thick in the diaper. Great length as well – fit great with our size 5 and 6 pampers diapers.I know it’s a bit pricer but I tried everything – overnight diapers, doubling diapers, sizing up diaper and the Sposie was the only thing that worked!

I tried these for my 2 year old tummy sleeper who was leaking through his overnight diapers nightly. These have completely stopped the leaks! I wish they were a couple inches longer as they give him a bit of a wedgie in order to keep them high enough up front. And they are a bit expensive, but have saved me lots of time in having to do laundry… and worth it for my LO to have a good, dry sleep.
