Perfect transition from swaddle
We’ve had this for a week and my 13 week old is sleeping great surprisingly.I was so nervous to transition from a swaddle bc she would wake up if her arms got free at all during the night or for naps. This gives enough restriction for her with the freedom to move a bit and gives this mama peace of mind when she starts to try and roll. I got the Velcro band separately and think this has helped with the transition too. I’ll remove that in a few weeks.My baby is tall and chunky and was in between sizes, I went with M so she wouldn’t outgrow it, the neck doesnt come up around her mouth like some of the reviews have said but when she raises both arms the chest where the zipper is raised up-the band keeps this from happening though and as she gets bigger I bet this won’t be an issue. It’s also a bit stretchy and thin material.It’s lightweight too- we live in FL so that’s important!

Excellent with minor concerns
My son used more restricting swaddles fresh home from the hospital but I transitioned to these after a few weeks because 1) it was so hard to breastfeed and change him with the ones that Velcro over their chest and the Velcro always woke him up when I undid it and 2) my baby personally likes having his hands above his head but still has that darn startle reflex. This solved all my issues! It’s super easy to change him in the middle of the night, it’s soft, easy to wash, and allows him to move his arms around to self sooth and get comfortable while reducing the impact of his startle reflex. I have both the light blue and light green and they are lovely. My only gripe is some of the colors (his first one was the orange one) doesn’t have the option to zip from the bottom. IDK why there’s that inconsistency but it’s a minor detail. I also wish the zipper wouldn’t bulge up when he’s laying down. I just make sure to move it so it’s buldging on his chest rather than up in his face. Also be sure to check use top zipper fabric cover since it sits up my your baby’s chin and neck– you don’t wanna poke them and this one has a very small fabric cover for it.

Poor Quality and Overpriced
While this works ok as a swaddle transition, it wasn’t the miracle product others seem to have found. Honestly he didn’t sleep any better or longer in this than in other sleep sacks.The main issue is that it is SO cheaply made with the lowest quality fabric you can imagine. Please look at the above picture for how it looks after a few weeks of use and just a couple of washes! For something half the price I would be disappointed. As others have noted, the belt is also thin, cheap and loses usability within a few washes. The dollar store sells items that are better quality than that thing!It does look very cute on, like a wing suit. So if you want to imagine your baby is about to base jump off the Matterhorn, this is a good choice. And worked equally well to cosplay a ninja, samurai or little Shaolin monk. So there’s Halloween sorted!Unfortunately I would not buy this again since there just isn’t a point to paying over for the brand version. I think I would just buy one of the many half priced imitations out there since the quality could not possibly be lower. It’s a shame, since I imagine it would only cost the company a few dollars more to use a hardier fabric and this increase their sales and reputation, but apparently Penny pinching is their top priority here! Disappointing.

This is the perfect wearable blanket for my super active baby. We transitioned him to a crib at 3 months because he outgrew his bassinet. This lets him roll over in his sleep when he needs to and he can even grab his soother through the fabric. He seems comfy in it and he looks like a little flying squirrel in it which is adorable. Will definitely be buying a size higher when he grows!

The only sleep sack my baby will sleep in.
