High quality
These work really well for meal prep and are very sturdy when being lifted when full. Getting portions out was easy with the silicone compartments being pliable and easy to push up from the bottom. Would recommend.

Souper dupes
I need to start by saying. These are a flipping GAME CHANGER!I live alone. I struggle with weight loss, and after the recent shut down, these have become more than necessary.I bought a set of these and the larger two cups to try out and these have revolutionized my entire existence. Ive been telling everyone i know about them. One of the issues people who live alone or with one or two other people is that they dont know how to cook for JUST the people who live in the house. Its ALWAYS chili with 6 to 10 servings. Its ALWAYS spaghetti with a vat of left over sauce. Its ALWAYS a week or more nights worth of left overs. If you’ve had chili every night for a week. Your body doesnt want to digest it anymore… your just pooing out undigested beans and partially chewed ground beef in a scary red. Worse when youre the only one eating it.But THIS?! Takes that out. I can make soups, stews, rice, and other things that make more than one serving, and i can dish them out and have them when I want them.I DONT HAVE to eat spaghetti every night for a week. I can have spaghetti one day, i can a vegetable bowl the next day, a stew the day after that.I made a big batch or fried rice dishes it out in the 2 cups but learned a 1 cup would have sufficed, and now I have fried rice when i want it.I mentioned the shut down. These got me through it with a variety of choices. I didn’t have to settle for only ONE kind of food during that time. This is also doing wonders for my weight loss journey. I had an appointment in august, where i was weighed 313 down from 321 a year before. I got my test batch of these in September, doing no real dieting or exercise, just using these as my ONLY change. Went to another appointment in October, i lost ten pounds in a month. I wasnt trying. im curious to see what it will be like going the entire year on these.I will recommend that you buy more and a more diverse grouping of sizes. The 1 cup is good for things like single servings of rice or soups or stews. while the 2 cups are good for entire “bowls” like some kind of saucy dish over a grain, think spaghetti with noddles and sauce, or a vegetable dish over rice, or teriyaki chicken over rice or something over couscous or quinoa… the chipotle burrito bowls work good with the 2 cups. The half cups are good for things like gravy or pasta sauce to be used with a variety of different noodle types like spaghetti youll boil or premade frozen ravioli. It works every well with japanese curry, a cup of rice and a half a cup cup of the sauce, makes it so you don’t overwhelm your rice with the sauce. For things that work well as either a side or as their own thing, like mac and cheese, half cup or the full cup workAnd of course this works for left over takeoutThis saves so much money. Ive had less food waste this month. Im constantly throwing away ingredients for things i didn’t get to that month because i didnt want to cook or eat what i initially had in mind. But this makes it so i can make my food WHEN i think of it, then dish it out, freeze it, and have it when want it. Theres no chance of throwing anything away because of it. I also wont have to buy nearly as much next month when my stash is built up meaning i can focus on other things for building up my pantry. These are also very good for people with ADHD and other time disorders that force the brain to be come disinterested or weighed down by the human requirements to feed oneself. It takes 90 percent of the work right out of it and all you have to do is heat it up in the microwave (three minutes, take out and stir, then microwave for another three minutes usually works for me)Zero effort. They are easy to clean imo, the storage capacity is what i expect for something claiming to be 1 cup, wont say there was a smell cause there wasnt one i noticed and these are definitely not leak proof, but you can combat by making sure you put it on a flat surface in the freezer.Once filled, they take about a full 24 hours to freeze solid. If you dont have a ton of space, and are freezing what youve made and cooking thawing out for the next batch, this is a good to know. Especially if you dont have the freezer space.Definitely get these. Theyre perfect for kids in dorms. Cook a bunch of food at home. Freeze them uo and them store the bricks in a mini fridge. Absolute game changer.Ive already bought more.

Great, will buy more sizes next
I really like how easy these are. Easy to clean and to meal prep. I’m filling my freezer with blocks of rice and broth and it really makes hard days a lot easier.

Great for portioned frozen soup
These are great freezing portions of soup. Note that they are quite pliable so when it is still liquid, you have to be careful not to put anything else on top of it. I have only used for chili and split pea soup so far and it was great for that. I haven’t tried a brothy soup yet. It was easy to remove the block of chili and put into a bag to freeze. However, the chili smell did linger even after washing, so that’s why I took a star off. But overall a great way to store leftover soup for individual portions!

Perfect for Freezing and Meal Prep!
Love these silicone freezer molds! They make it so easy to portion and freeze soups, sauces, and meals for later. Once frozen, I pop the cubes out and store them in zip lock bags for future use. There was no scent when I received them, and the food smell doesn’t linger after washing, which I really appreciate. The lids fit well, the silicone is both sturdy and flexible, and cleanup is extremely easy. Such a smart solution for meal prep and reducing food waste!
