Great Baby and Dog Gate
We have two of these now. We use them at the top and bottom of our stairs for our toddler. They work great, and tuck out of the way when we don’t need them up. So much better than traditional baby gates. Make sure you install this into studs on each end. It will come out of the wall if you don’t and your kid/dog jumps on it. That said, installed properly, it has withstood over a year of being hung on (2-year old) and jumped over (80-pound dog).

I wish I had found these sooner! I have the old plastic bulky gates and they are nothing but cumbersome. I wanted gates for the two openings on my back deck so that my dog could go out on the deck but prevent her from wandering into the yard. These were just PERFECT! I chose this brand because it was one of few that sold the cream color.Pros:1. VERY EASY to install. Comes with templates for where holes need to be placed, but I didn’t need them. I was placing them on my deck and didn’t even need to pre drill holes.2. All pieces and two screw sizes provided.3. Slides open and retracts easily.4. Easily snap clicks in place and very easy to remove the gate part and just leave the brackets in place to reinstall.5. Easy to reinstall retracted gate back in the box for storage over Winter when I won’t use them.Cons:1. Wonder how long the material will hold up if left outside or resist dust and dirt. I am actually taking the retractable gate part inside when not using and will do so over winter.2. Gate cannot be leaned on as it is not heavy plastic like the old gates. It is pliable durable waterproof material that allows for the retraction.3. While the brackets seem like durable plastic, I hope they hold up to weather and continues use.

Sturdy retractable gate.
I like that it seemed good quality. Pretty easy to put up. It also has a lock which was cool. The only reason it didn’t work for me was, my dogs went underneath it. So, it didn’t work out. But, it would probably do well for kids.

Nice gate to have and easy to hide
Installed very easy with a template. Lots of options as well. Fit perfectly in our opening and easy to remove if you don’t need to use it all the time. It keeps our grandchild from exploring other areas of the house without our knowledge. Works well and looks great! We allowed space below for the cats to crawl under. Like the way you can lock it into place for tge escape artist.

Awesome product for keeping my puppy safe from falling down the basement stairs that are open to my kitchen. It was fairly easy to install but the template wasn’t accurate. Other than that I love the product and it feels sturdy and easy to open and close when needed!

Very easy to fit. A little bit fiddley to hook on, especially for my 75 year old Mum. We discovered you must lock it, as our medium sized dog quickly figured out he could force his way underneath if it wasnt locked, once it’s locked it is pretty strong . Overall it looks very tidy, it is easy to use once you get used to hooking it on and as a bonus it is also very easily removed and just leave to brackets on the wall. I would buy another if I need one.

This is working well for keeping a determined Cockapoo in one room. Fitting to the door frame was relatively simple with the enclosed paper drilling template. The nice thing compared to other gates is there is no threshold bar on the floor when open.There is a lock mechanism to stop the puppy pushing it and squeezing underneath (although our cats can get through).

A good dog gate to stop our puppy getting upstairs. Fairly straight forward to install, it comes with a drilling template. I drilled into the wall opposite the bottom stair rail and screwed into the wood the other side.
