Great Baby Gate… Until the Dog Got It
1. First ImpressionsWe bought this gate to help separate our toddler’s space from the rest of the house, and it worked perfectly at first. It was easy to install, looked clean and minimal, and was simple to open and close with one hand—which is a lifesaver when you’re carrying a kid or laundry.2. Product PerformanceFor the time we had it, the gate held up great. It retracted smoothly, stayed locked in place, and created a safe barrier without being bulky. Unfortunately, our dog had other plans. After a few days of peaceful coexistence, he decided to chew through the mesh. So now we’re shopping for another one—but we’ll be keeping this one higher or using it in dog-free zones next time.3. Everything you could need in a gate
Easy instructions to follow for installation. Works well for my intended use (to keep dog out of hallway) and very sturdy.. My 2 1/2 year old likes to climb over it and when that happens, you do have to pull it all the way out and retract it back to get the gate straight again. It has a locking feature which is helpful. Our cat can accidentally open the gate from jumping on it if we don’t lock it in place first.

Nice, sturdy, well made doggie gate.
Great doggie gate. Very easy to install. Using on our large patio with our dogs. Keeping dogs in and the gate looks nice too. You can see through it too. I like that we can take off and store in doors when necessary.

Don’t use the drywall anchors
It’s a great gate and easy to install, just don’t use the included drywall anchors. The drywall anchors supplied are not usable, they are weak and the screw spins inside of them. I’d expect better hardware for something covered in warnings saying “Children have died or have been seriously injured when gates are not securely installed”.

Works great!
Works great. Takes a minute to get used to opening it so it winds up evenly but is easy. Looks good when in the open or closed position. I use mine to prevent my dog from getting to the litter box. My cat figured out he can slide under it instead of jumping it.
