The spoons were well enough, I suppose, but I should have paid a little more attention to the individual quality ratings. I was looking to purchase a quantity of soup spoons without braking the budget, and the description said “sturdy” so I bought them. However, you can feel the plastic spoons flex some when using, especially with hot soup. If I needed them for a one-time event (not speaking about any type of formal event, but maybe a party or something) I would have said “fine, good enough”, but for the weekly event they were purchased for, I was disappointed. Next year I will have to look for a different (and probably more expensive) brand…and pay attention to the sturdiness rating!

These are one-use throw-away spoons. Thicker spoons I use for garden markers, stiring hot coffee and mixing acrylic paint emptying cans of cat for my kitties These flimsy, floppy spoons were a complete dissapointment were it not for the quanity.
