How Do I Wash The Newborn AIO’s?
Because newborn poop is water soluble, rinse off as much waste as possible, & put them through a cold water rinse cycle. Wash on a normal warm/hot wash cycle. A final cold/warm water rinse can help wash away any remaining detergent. Tumble/hang dry.

Our Newborn AIO diapers include 14 newborn AIO diapers, and 1 Reusable Diaper Pod for storage.
Is there an umbilical cord snap?

Actually fits a newborn
I love these, great diapers that actually fit newborns! Most reusable diapers say they’re good for 6-35lbs but are WAY too big, bulky and wide, thankfully these are actually small enough to fit a 5-12lb baby. Make sure to add a reusable insert, I put a full sized alvababy or Nora’s insert in the diaper (not included in picture I posted). We started with Kanga Care Lil Joey’s diapers (comparison in picture) so I didn’t know how much I’d like these because they don’t have the double elastic gusset, but these are great. Our boy was 7lbs at birth & used the Kanga Care Lil Joeys until 4 weeks but was soaking them within 2 hours to the point we needed a full outfit change. I loved the Kanga Care Lil Joey diapers and would use them again for a newborn but these are a great next step before the “one size fits all diapers”. Or you could use these right at the start as well.I place a full size diaper insert (Nora’s or Alvababy) & there’s been barely any leaks. We’ve even went 5 hours overnight and had only small leaks occasionally.

They do leak and do not hold bigger pees
Okay for a first time cloth diaper. They are absorbent enough to handle small pees and poos, as my newborn got bigger the diapers leaked more. Wouldn’t use as a night time diaper overall. Some of the diapers leaked through regardless of amount so I question the waterproofing of the outer layer (yes i did prewash and wash according to the recommended guidelines from the company and I always air dried). They were easy to clean. The snaps are sturdy, but leave you either too tight or loose around baby as there is no way to get a snug fit unless baby’s body fits to it just so. They didn’t fit my newborn until she was about 7 weeks. was 6 pounds when born. They are easy to navigate, but I wouldn’t trust them to hold urine enough to not lay baby down on something water proof

Insert Mystery solved!!!!
I use Nora’s Nursery Newborn AIOs and figured out how their absorbency works. They have 3 layers of bamboo blend plus a microfleece top layer for a stay-dry feel. The absorbency comes from the bamboo blend, which holds about 7.5–9 oz on its own.To boost for longer wear, I use a BabyKicks Joey-Bunz hemp wipe, trifolded under the sewn-in flap. Since hemp absorbs ~9–12 oz when trifolded, this setup holds around 16.5–21 oz total while staying trim.I also use Nora’s Nursery One-Size Pocket Diapers with BabyKicks Joey-Bunz Premium Hemp Inserts (separated as boosters for daytime). This combo is ultra-trim, super absorbent, and prevents compression leaks—and the newborn setup works just as well.Would recommend!

Constant Leakage – Would not buy newborn size
Do not spend your money on these! These were unfortunately so disappointing. After following all of the directions on how to prep, wash, snap, etc. they still leaked almost every time. We had to change our daughter’s clothes multiple times a day because unless we changed them immediately after she peed, they leaked. We ended up having to buy disposables even after spending money on these. You can even see from the picture (it’s a picture of the outside of the diaper) that there is leakage through the threads which tells you that they were not only leaking out the sides like I realize all diapers do sometimes, but they actually leaked through the threads and the outer material. The fit was great and they were so cute so it’s too bad they were a pointless purchase. Would never recommend! However, we also had already bought the size up in this brand and they are great! They rarely ever leak and contain blowouts better than disposables. Those I would recommend. Just not the newborn size unfortunately.

Cost effective
These diapers didn’t last us as long as specifications said they would, baby is 12 lbs and skinny, already grown out of them. But they’re worth the cost, lasted us 10 weeks, so it definitely saved the money on disposables. The prints were cute, they were easy to use, no blow outs, but would experience slight leakage in weird spots (at the hip). Just don’t use diaper cream with them or it stains! Even petroleum free cream.

High quality reasonably priced
These are very well made with lots of options for adjusting to your specific needs. Easy to use and clean, these are a great option for anyone looking to get started with cloth diapering. Once you nail down the washing routine you’ll really appreciate not having to constantly buy diapers.

Love these! Great fit, adorable, easy to wash
We cloth diapered for our older kid from around 3 mo with the one size fits all diaper covers. Love cloth, but definitely needed smaller size to start with our newborn. These are absolutely perfect! This pic is at 3 days old. They fit perfect. Wash routine is cold rinse, warm wash w soap, and low heat dry (takes two cycles on mine). We’ve had a bit of leakage (but we have this with all diapers at this age, cause we’re still learning how often babe needs a change – mostly user error), and we still use disposables for ease at nighttime. Highly recommend though. And just look how cute…..😍

Very cute, but doesn’t hold enough for my newborn (breastfed)
My child was 7 lb when i started using these and is 9 lb now.I don’t know if my baby pees/poops more than average, but I’m finding these only hold enough for about 2-3 hours, or about 15 minutes if the baby has a significant bowel movement. I’ve had to really be on top of changing diapers during waking time, or deal with the leakage into her clothes. Luckily I’m washing diapers anyway or I would be mad that I have to do laundry so often. The diaper has a sewn in pad (see pic #2) that doesn’t seem to be enough to hold the moisture.I would suggest that the manufacturer include an additional absorbency pad (similar to the pocket diapers). For nighttime, I have been using the larger size (10-30lb) child pocket diapers with a pad in the pocket and a pad against her skin.FYI I did wash these 4 times before use, so that is not a cause of the absorbency issue. 2 stars for absorbency. If they came with an optional additional pad to address the issue, I would have no trouble giving the product 5 stars. The larger pads do not fit or I would be using them with this product.I do really love the patterns on these. 5 stars for cute. The bag they came with is nice as well.
