This is such a simple thermometer and a staple in my kitchen. In fact, I’ve bought this for my kids as well to use in their kitchens. Accurate meat thermometer we use regularly
I bought this meat thermometer several months ago and waited to write Themis review to be sure it works as expected. I would recommend this thermometer. It is accurate, reliable and easy to read. The brightness of the screen is adequate. The only negative is closing the probe back into the device feels flimsy and cheap. It hasn’t broken yet and continues to meet our expectations but it feels like that is the weakest point and will be where the device ultimately fails. Maybe not.

Great price for a great product
This is a very smart instant read thermometer. When you open the folded sensor prong, it automatically turns the unit on. The F/C button is convenient. There is a “Hold” feature, so you can easily read the temperature after you take it out of your item – very helpful when you can’t get your eyes safely close enough to read – or you need someone else to “make the call”. You can turn on the temporary backlight if needed. The target temps are printed on the front – no more trying to remember required temps for poultry, fish, port, beef. I also comes with a paper chart. The magnet is wonderful because I always will know it will be on the side of fridge when I need it. Great for air fryer users and outdoor grillers!
