Easy to use and safe
Works great and buttons are easy to use. Perfect size to use for wide neck bottles. Make sure to keep water at full line or else it won’t heat up like it’s supposed to the right temperature.

Perfect for reheating breastmilk
After using a traditional bottle warmer where it was hit or miss on how much water to add vs how much milk I was heating, I picked this up. I have not scalded a single bottle of breastmilk since! No more guessing or fiddling with mls of water at 3am. Just press the type of bottle (glass in big or small, plastic in big or small or bag of breastmilk), select temp of milk (whether from the counter, fridge or freezer), and oz amount (this one is a little more trial and error to get the perfect temp vs oz amount, but I still never scalded anything). Plus you CAN adjust warming time to better suit your needs and it will stay on that setting unless you unplug or change the other settings. This bottle warmer was a life saver. It’s easy to clean, only needing to refill once a day (using it for approx 8 bottles a day), and it really doesn’t take up too much space on the counter.

Works Pretty Well
After trying quite a few bottle warmers, this warmer so far works pretty well. I’ve been using this warmer for a few days now, and I do notice the milk does come out a little cold after one warming session, but my baby doesn’t mind it. Very easy to use, especially for my mother in law when she watches baby. Would recommend!

Burns breast milk
This review is for the Milk Spa.I’m very disappointed in this milk warmer. It promises to warm milk to body temp, and it promises to preserve breast milk’s nutrients. If the milk is being warmed to 118°, that is way too hot and nutrients in breast milk starts to burn off at 104°. As you can see pictured, I have 3oz milk in a glass bottle from fridge temp, and that was selected on the machine. There’s no way to do half oz or milliliters, either. The only way we’ve figured out to use it is to reduce the amount by an oz.Also, this is from my own misinterpretation, so you may think so too, but this doesn’t dethaw Frozen milk, it warms from frozen. This poses a problem for me as I freeze more in a bag than we use in a single feed, but once you warm milk, it needs to be used up in 2 hours and not re-stored in the refrigerator. So the frozen option is useless to me until the babe start taking 6 oz in a feed.Over-all, I’m disappointed. This was so expensive for it not to work as intended to.EDIT: UP FROM 2 STARS TO 4 STARS.We found how to change the timer for the milk. I thought the preset time was the only time it could do. So you can select the oz for the type of bottle and select the little thermometer button and Go over the to the arrows and adjust the time. 🤦♀️ I am not always a manual reader to be honest. But I made sure to read it for set up. I don’t remember seeing that information. I still only give it 4 stars because it takes a long time to heat up milk. But now I know how to adjust it, thank goodness.
Waste of money!!! –
Do not waste your money!!!
Do not buy this bottle warmer!!!! It does not work consistently, WHEN it does work milk comes out scalding hot or ice cold, never warm despite changing all settings. Very very finicky. Every other time we use it the “h2o error” alarm sounds and it has to be unplugged to be reset regardless of how much water is in the well. That’s if you can even access the water well as the top portion is SO incredibly difficult to unscrew and remove. We love all other Dr. Brown products and have quite a few, but this has been a complete disappointment at every use and a giant waste of money. Save yourself the headache and get a different one so when you’re hungry baby is crying for a bottle, you’re not also crying with frustration as a result of this waste of money.

Best warmer
Been using for 5 months about 6 times a day. Absolutely love this warmer. We’ve had no trouble with it. Super easy to use and if you unplug it and plug it back in, it’s still programmed to whatever setting you had it to before unplugging. It’s about 7 in. wide and 9 in. tall. I would recommend this to everyone. Screen is very bright and clear to see.

Great product, understand how it works
Overall is great product, some people complain that it is slow. Yes it is a little slow but you have to understand why it is. This product is basically emulating the old school defrost method of warm water bath, which is probably the best method to preserve all the nutrient properties of any food from frozen. I particularly like it because of that and second because I I only have to fill the reservoir of water once and reuses the same water. You may want to flush and put new water every now and then because is possible some milk or some other external material may get the water dirty. Make sure to use distilled water or purified water to keep the unit clean.I also even use it to warm up my own milk for coffee as microwave is harmful.

I live in dubai where we have type G plug with 230 V. As soon as I pluged it in it turned off and did not work again. They should not selp it in UAE amazon if their product is not campatible with UAE voltage. Very disappointed

I’ve been using this bottle heater for about a month and a half and it’s extremely unreliable. Sometimes bottles are still cold, sometimes they’re scorching hot. Do NOT buy this bottle warmer, there are definitely better options out there.

Works OK. We use it with Dr. Brown bottles, the temperature is sometimes not high enough and needs a few more minutes. It started to randomly give water error after two months, despite that I cleaned it over and over again.
