Plug in dusk to dawn, bright light in dark room
Plugs in easily with a brightness switch that allows you to set it at the brightness of your choice. The dusk to dawn feature works and at the brightest setting it’s plenty of light to see in a dark room as the pics show. One pic is at the lowest setting and the other is at the brightest; both in a dark room. I recommend and think it’s worth the price.

Good for lightning up hallways closets and rooms that aren’t well lit when entering.I like the space saving arrangement leaving the bottom outlet available.Amazon has a 3 outlet adapter that fits perfectly underneath this light regaining both outlets and a bonus outlet!This light doesn’t have a motion sensor so it will stay on as long as it’s dark, there is a (dimmer) sliding switch to turn it off if there isn’t enough light in a closet application or other dark rooms..

Needed a night light to keep an eye on my baby but not too bright (like my lamps) so this worked great. Not too bright but not too dark. The pictures are with the lowest dimmed light and it illuminates all my room enough for me to sleep.

The sensor is hidden inside, you don’t see the little hole outside
I put in my garage, pretty bright. At first I don’t it’s defective and does not have the sensor to detect when it’s bright and turns off. Because I saw on all the photos and even on the box that there’s this little hole next to the dimness adjustment. However, I do not see it on my night light. But it’s not that sensitive to light, but if I shine a flashlight over it, it does turns off. So the light sensor is actually hidden inside

Love this. I wanted a night light with a switch and no sensor for the restroom so we don’t have to turn on the big light in the middle of the night. This has a sensor, but the sliding dimmer switch can be slid all the way to off. Love that the sliding switch is smooth and quiet, and on top in an easy position to find in the dark. It is a dimmer, so you can also adjust how much light you want. The light is a soft white, so perfect for night sleepy time.Also, because the light is horizontal, I was able to plug it into the top plug without hitting the mirror above it.

Perfect for lighting a very large space… or adjust to minimum for a smaller space.
These are perfect for a large, dark space! My studio space is at the far side of a ~24′ x 35′ room under construction; the light switch in that room, nearest my door, does not yet have a light fixture. When I leave my space after dark, I have to cross a completely “black” space to get to the first working light switch…and my existing little bathroom/hallway night lights may as well have been a firefly in a cave. These little lights are so bright, I adjusted the brightness just below halfway and I can still see across the room to the light switch with the first one. I put the second one at the top of the flight of stairs (21 steps total) and can see to the landing at the bottom. The slider to adjust the brightness is easy to slide and is on the top edge of the light, very easy to locate and adjust.Photos (in case the captions don’t appear) are No nightlight, DORESshop LED nightlight set to full as I was walking to the door (see the light switch at right of door), and the DORESshop set to just about half-brightness taken from the edge of my studio space. Between the 2 nightlights, I don’t even have to turn on the overhead lights to leave the building. Perfect. 🙂 My husband wanted to take one for the garage, he will need to buy his own set! LOL…

These DORESshop Amber Yellow Night Lights are exactly what was hoping they would be. They give off the perfect amount of glow for evenings when you don’t want to blast the bright overhead lights. These are exactly what we needed. Great for my elderly parents in navigating their bedroom and bathroom. The ability to toggle the brightness is a bonus. Dusk to dawn and the warm light features works better for them. No complains from them yet!

Despite these nightlights being expensive, they have a dimmer switch so you can change the brightness. They are still light dark sensitive, ie they turn on at night and off during the day, you can set the max brightness which I find is so handy. Most nightlights don’t have this feature.
