Our favorite bottle!
This has been the bottle both of my kids have done the best with! We tried mam and dr Browns as well but they both done much better with tommee tippee by far! This size is perfect for the first few months. We gave 9 oz TT bottles and these 5 oz. My girl is 8 weeks old and we much prefer to use the 5 oz bottle with her since she is only taking 4 oz at this time. She burps great and we have no concerns with gas so with my girl, these do not cause trapped gas nor leakage like we got with the other bottles we tried. Very easy to clean as well!

Excellent choice if you exclusively pump
My baby is 7 weeks and I exclusively pump due to difficulty/pain with latching. I’ve been using Como Tomo brand bottles and I loved the wide nipple and overall design resembling a real breast. Only problem was my baby choked on milk way too often despite the nipple being size 1 for 0-3 months old. I was doing some research and discovered that there’s actually a smaller nipple size made for premie babies, but not for the bottle brand I was using previously mentioned. However I wanted the bottle I switch to to resemble the one I had been using as my baby was used to the wide nipple and rejects regular bottle nipples like Dr. Brown brand for example. I discovered this brand Tommee Tippee which has the wide nipple and also the premie size, and wow. It has completely changed how feedings go. She no longer chokes or loudly gulps down the milk! And she adjusted immediately to the slightly different nipple. I would argue 100% that even if Tommee Tippee did not have the premie nipple, the nipples are actually way more similar IMO to the real thing than any others I have seen. Game changer, what a RELIEF. The material is also going to heat way quicker in the bottle Warmer, being a thinner plastic rather than the thick silicone ComoTomo bottles I’m used to. Highly recommend this brand!

Newborn baby loved these bottles
I used these bottles after paediatrician recommended me to use formula as baby was not getting enough breast milk. I started using these bottles when she was only a week old and it proved a very good purchase. There is no leakage as I’ve been using them for four months now. I just upgraded to the 9oz bottles and ordered again from Tommee Tippee. I highly recommend these bottles for newborns. Nipple shape is ideal as I used to switch between breast and bottle and baby did not get confuse. Baby is also able to control the milk flow efficiently so the nipple flow is also good. The anti-colic design also worked as my baby never got gassy with these bottles. Go for them mamas!

Perfect for My Newborn
These extra slow flow bottles were perfect for my newborn (now 2month old). I bought them about a month ago when she turned four weeks. We had previously tried Phillips advent bottles and Nuk that advertised for newborns but she would choke on the milk and start coughing really badly. We haven’t had that issue with the Tommy tippy bottles. The nipple is a super slow flow so she can take her time and not choke. It took her a minute to figure out how to drink from the bottle because she has been exclusively breast-fed, but she figured it out fairly quickly. Depending on your baby, it might cause a little bit of nipple confusion, but I just had to help her get a good latch again. She is two months now and we are still mostly breast-feeding but these bottles were great for when I need to leave her with my parents or my husband‘s parents! I even bought three more from target when I saw them there as well!

Not for us
Nothing is wrong with the quality of this bottle, it just didn’t work for us. The shape makes the bottle easy to hold during feedings, we had no leaking, though getting the lid off one handed is more difficult than with other brands. Unfortunately we had problems with the nipple collapsing every now and then and my baby got sucking blisters when using this bottle so we switched to a different kind.
